The Toughest Part Of Becoming an Employment Agent
Having the applicant invited for a job interview would not guarantee that the potential employer will hire him. A formal job offer should first be given to the applicant and the candidate should accept it as well. When this happens, the agent then gets his commission.
The truth reveals that an employment agent’s job is actually hard. A lot of them work on a commission basis and for this, they might either make a lot of money for all the jobs well done, or get wasted for all their unsuccessful efforts of looking for jobs for applicants.

Not anyone can work well as an employment agent. An aspiring agent needs to have outstanding verbal communication skills and a lot of patience. Making it to this job requires a combination of these two traits. Those who don’t have these traits will surely not make it to this type of job.
