Encountering Sales Problems?
As the owner of a medium sized business I was having a hard time with sales appointment setting and sales staffing. I didn’t know that sales problems were common amongst business owners until I talked to some of my colleagues that were in a similar predicament. The first problem that I was having was with the sales appointment setting staff. My workers needed to come up with sales appointment setting lists identifying potential future clients. Once the interviews with the sales staffing prospects were completed I still had to hire, train, and provide office supplies and space for the new hire. New hires had to undergo orientation and be informed of all new company policies and procedures. The entire process was entirely too lengthy but I could not afford to hire more personnel to deal with human resources.
I did not have the time or the money to deal with hiring and training a sale staff. Luckily I found an outsourcing company that could take care of all of my sales staffing and appointment setting needs. I could save myself time and money.
